Return + Refund Policy

As a small business owner, I take pride in my business, but that doesn’t mean mistakes can’t be made.

Please Read

  • I allow a 45-calendar-day return-refund for broken, damaged, or missing items only from the date of shipment. This allows ample time for the order to be packed, shipped, received, and inspected.

  • If you received an item broken or damaged during shipment, please email me a picture of the broken or damaged item with its original packaging for documentation purposes.

  • If you received your order and are missing item(s), please email me a picture of the order with original packaging and all the items you have received in your order for documentation purposes.

  • If you did not receive your order within 30 calendar days from the shipment date, please email me for further assistance.

  • If the broken/damaged/missing item is currently in stock, I will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not wanted, a refund can be issued to the method of payment used for the order.
