I allow a 45-calendar-day return-refund for broken, damaged, or missing items only from the date of shipment. This allows ample time for the order to be packed, shipped, received, and inspected.

If you received an item broken or damaged during shipment, please email me a picture of the broken or damaged item with its original packaging for documentation purposes.

If you received your order and are missing item(s), please email me a picture of the order with original packaging and all the items you have received in your order for documentation purposes.

If you did not receive your order within 30 calendar days from the shipment date, please email me for further assistance.

If the broken/damaged/missing item is currently in stock, I will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not wanted, a refund can be issued to the method of payment used for the order.
